Build Upon Breakthrough & Prophecy
God said, “Build Upon Breakthrough”
During my morning walk, I noticed that one of my neighbors had this pile of materials in their driveway. As I glanced at the lumber Holy Spirit spoke a Word to me that was meant for you. He said,
“Teach people how to build upon their breakthroughs. Teach people how to build upon the prophetic Words you release into their lives”
That Word of instruction was apparent, and my response was a quick, “Yes, Lord.” I thought about how God was present in our worship experience on Pentecost Sunday. In that worship experience, God allowed me to minister to those open to receive. As various persons came for prayer, Words of knowledge were immediately given to me by the Holy Spirit (1Corinthians 12:8). Followed by the Words of knowledge came Discerning of spirits and/or prophecy (1Corinthians 12:10). There was a revelation and personal ministry for everyone who came to receive.
At that moment during the worship experience, I followed the leading of God by teaching the first lesson of building, which is not to rush.
That may seem problematic for people looking for a quick 60 minute Sunday service, but building upon an authentic move of God that is designed to mature converts & believers is best done without haste.
Tuesday night Bible study is the next step for building upon breakthrough and prophetic Words. For an hour, our disciples processed what God did for them on Pentecost Sunday. They asked questions and reflected intensely as they sought the Holy Spirit for the connections between the ministry moment and the days outside of corporate worship.
The third step in executing the instructions I’ve received this morning manifests in the “Timothy” moments of personal accountability. I instructed our ministry partners (members) to write down the prophetic Words I released to them so that they can remember what God said, and also for them to meditate on how life will be once manifestation comes.
These are only beginning steps for teaching people how to build upon breakthroughs and prophetic Words. I know God has more steps to show me so that I may accomplish the mandate. I’m grateful for the grace to follow the heartbeat of the Holy Spirit.
I’m going to issue a call to action to you because you’ve taken the time to read this message. Connect with the work that God has gifted me to pioneer; Creative Worship Center. By connect, I mean on a multitude of levels; learn, apply, watch, give, invest, attend, and invite.
Be a spiritual innovator or early adaptor; one who can see before the masses what God is doing through us.
